From niche recruiting to talent management solutions

Launched in Toronto in 2000 by two senior recruiting professionals from both corporate and agency environments, Head2Head’s initial core offering was providing on-site recruiters to some of Canada’s leading Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Accenture, IBM and Amex.

Today, Head2Head still provides more on-site recruiters than anyone else in North America, but also provides a wide variety of recruiting solutions. We now provide specialized recruiting services in HR, purchasing and procurement, IT, sales and financial services.

In the past 7 years, the Head2Head family of companies has helped more than 250 organizations make their recruiting and HR functions more efficient and effective. With more than 120 people, offices in Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver, and revenue of more than $10million annually, Head2Head is now the fastest-growing talent management company in Canada.
